ICE Announces New Special Agent in Charge of the HSI Office in St. Paul

ICE press release announcing that Director John Morton has named Michael Feinberg as special agent in charge of the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) office based in the Twin Cities. Feinberg will supervise special agents in 14 offices across MN, NE, IA, ND, and SD.
