INS interim rule terminating Uruguay’s participation in the VWP effective 4/15/03. All Belgian nationals seeking admission under the VWP after 5/15/03 must present a machine-readable passport. Italy and Portugal to continue participanting. (68 FR 10954, 3/7/03)
