INS Proposes Rule Relating to Receipt of Honoraria by B Nonimmigrants

INS proposed rule amending regulations related to the acceptance of academic honoraria by B nonimmigrant visitors. The rule would implement §431 of the American Competitiveness and Workforce Improvement Act of 1998 (ACWIA) (P.L. 105-277). (67 FR 37727, 5/30/02)
