INS Begins SEVIS Preliminary Enrollment

INS interim rule implementing the first phase of the certification process for access to the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). The rule allows eligible schools to enroll preliminarily in SEVIS provided they meet the criteria. (67 FR 44343, 7/1/02)
