INS Proposed Rule on Adjustment of Status for Certain Indochinese Parolees

INS proposed rule would implement § 586 of PL 106-429 to provide for the adjustment of status of certain nationals of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos who were paroled into the U.S. before 10/1/97 and who are otherwise eligible to receive an immigrant visa. (57 FR 45402, 7/9/02)
