Armenia Removed from Call-In Special Registration List

INS revised version of a notice originally published 12/16/02 to delete Armenia from the list of additional countries subject to the NSEERS call-in registration. Saudi Arabia and Pakistan remain on the list. (67 FR 77641, 12/18/02)
