INS Reports on H-1B Numbers for FY1994

INS reports in an April 14 memorandum that as of March 31, 1994, it had issued 33,034 H-1B visas, rising over the H-1B numerical cap halfway mark for the first half of this year. The memorandum was issued by Jacquelyn A. Bednarz, chief of the nonimmigrant branch at INS.
