INS Recommends Increase in Administrative Appeal Fee

A review by the INS Budget Office and the consulting firm BearingPoint has resulted in a recommendation that the fee for administrative appeals and motions to reopen/reconsider be increased to $383 from its current level of $110. The fee was last increased in 1989.
