INS Letter Addresses Nurse Licensure Issue

A 2/27/03 letter from Efren Hernandez, Director (INS) indicating that the only reason an H-1B could be approved for a nurse without a license at the time the petition is filed is if the only barrier to licensing is lack of an SSN.
