New Procedures for Revocation of VAWA-Based Self-Petitions

A 8/5/02 memo from Johnny Williams, Executive Associate Commissioner (INS) setting forth a new policy on the revocation of VAWA-based self-petitions. Effective 8/5/02, the Vermont Service Center will have sole authority to revoke an approved VAWA-based self-petition.
