INS Publishes Final Regulations for HRIFA

INS announced the publication of final regulations with procedures under which eligible Haitian nationals may apply for benefits under the Haitian Immigration Fairness Act (HRIFA). Effective 4/1/00, the NSC will continue to process requests for advance parole authorization filed under HRIFA.
