INS Memo on Supporting Documentation for P-1 Baseball Players

A 1/15/93 memo from Jacquelyn Bednarz, Chief, INS Nonimmigrant Branch stating that petitions for P-1 professional baseball players need only be accompanied by a copy of a signed major league contract and do not need to include a league office or player’s association letter.
