On 7/13/17, Senators Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) introduced the Integrity in Border and Immigration Enforcement Act (S. 1560), which would require that all law enforcement applicants pass a law enforcement polygraph test, as well as require post-hire polygraph testing.
