Kenneth T. Cuccinelli Named Acting Director of USCIS

Former Virginia Attorney General Kenneth T. (Ken) Cuccinelli will serve as the new acting director of USCIS, effective 6/10/19. Mr. Cuccinelli will replace former director L. Francis Cissna, who departed the agency on 6/1/19.
