Law School Graduate Pleads Guilty to Charges Related to Fraudulent Practice of Law in Florida

USCIS announced that Roberta A. Guedes has pleaded guilty to mail fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a fraudulent scheme in which she posed and practiced law as a licensed attorney. Guedes incorporated two fake law firms and took on multiple client-victims in Tampa, Florida.
