Lawsuit Filed to Stop Excessive Citizenship Delays

A lawsuit was filed by ACLU of Southern California, NILC, the Asian Pacific American Legal Center and Munger, Tolles & Olson requesting enforcement of the time limits on name checks for naturalization applicants, and to reduce naturalization backlogs due to the name checks.
