Mandatory Employment Verification - Legal Workforce Act of 2011
On June 14, 2011, Rep. Smith (R-TX) introduced H.R. 2164, Legal Workforce Act. The bill makes employment verification mandatory for employers nationwide within 2 years through the use of a Employment Eligibility Verification System (EEVS).
