New Jersey Woman Fraudulently Practicing Immigration Law in Philadelphia Pleads Guilty

Ana Molina, owner and operator of Ana Molina & Associates (Molina Multilegal Services) in Philadelphia pleaded guilty to mail fraud and identity theft arising from a scheme through which she falsely claimed to be an attorney or paralegal who could help individuals obtain lawful immigration status.
