DHS Notice of Employment Authorization for Liberian Nationals Covered by DED
DHS notice providing information about Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for Liberians and how eligible individuals may apply for DED-based Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) with USCIS, as well as for travel authorization. (89 FR 77885, 9/24/24)
The extension of DED began on June 28, 2024, and ends on June 30, 2026, for eligible noncitizens who are nationals of Liberia (or persons having no nationality who last habitually resided in Liberia) who are covered under DED by the June 28, 2024, Presidential Memorandum.
