OFLC Announces Continued Acceptance of CW-1 Applications
DOL posted the following on its website:
All forms associated with the CW-1 Transitional Worker Program in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, contain an expiration date of September 30, 2019. The Department is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to extend these application forms in one-month increments starting October 2019. Employers are permitted to continue filing applications for CW-1 applications for labor certifications and prevailing wage determinations in connection with the CW-1 program using the current forms, including any approved one-month extensions, starting October 2019.
