July 29, 2020

OFLC announced that the Foreign Labor Certification website is scheduled to become part of the main Department of Labor website at www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/foreign-labor-certification on August 3, 2020. As part of the transition, the visual display on OFLC’s website will change, but the information provided on each of these pages will remain the same. Users who try to access OFLC website pages and file at their current URL will be automatically redirected to the new location and should encounter no service disruptions.

OFLC announced that it is in the process of migrating its website from https://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/ to https://www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/foreign-labor-certification. OFLC expects the new website to go live in mid-July, following the July H-2B peak filing period. Old URLs for webpages and files will be redirected to corresponding links on the new site.

The migration to the new OFLC website domain will not impact the Foreign Labor Application Gateway (https://flag.dol.gov), Permanent Online Filing (https://www.plc.doleta.gov/), and SeasonalJobs.dol.gov (https://seasonaljobs.dol.gov) websites. Users of these websites should encounter no service disruptions.
