The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) has published a new Records Management page on the Foreign Labor Certification website. The page covers OFLC’s records retention policy and explains how Foreign Labor Application Gateway (FLAG) retains and disposes of records. It also provides guidance on searching and retrieving case information from FLAG. The page is available at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/foreign-labor/records-retention.
