OFLC Provides Guidance on H-2B Form Submissions

OFLC announced that FLAG will upgrade the H-2B form fill-and-submit module. H-2B submissions after 6 pm (ET) on April 28, 2022, must be submitted in the new form module. H-2B cases submitted before then will be deleted and a new application using the upgraded module will need to be created.
