One-Time Increase in H-2B Nonimmigrant Visas for FY2017

USCIS posted a notice on the DHS/DOL final rule increasing the numerical limit on H-2B nonimmigrant visas by up to 15,000 additional visas through the end of FY2017. Notice includes who can petition for the additional visas, how to file, filing information, and filing deadlines.
