Practice Alert: DOJ Indictment of Former ICE Officer in the ATD Program
On December 8, 2022, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced a grand jury indictment against a former ICE officer on allegations that he coerced sex from victims he supervised in the Alternatives to Detention Program (ATD).

Golobic was employed as a deportation officer with ICE from 2006 to 2020. He was assigned to the ATD program from approximately 2015 to 2020. He worked out of an office in Blue Ash, OH located north of Cincinnati, OH.
