Practice Alert: DOL BALCA And OALJ National Move to New Location

On May 7, 2024, the Department of Labor (DOL) announced that the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals’ (BALCA) office and Office of Administrative Law Judges’ (OALJ) National Washington, D.C., and Cherry Hill offices have moved. The new address for both BALCA and OALJ National offices is:

Telephone and fax numbers for the offices remain the same. All mailed filings to BALCA and the OALJ National Offices should be sent to this new location, effective May 7, 2024. DOL did not indicate whether mailed filings to the previous BALCA and OALJ National office locations will be forwarded to the new office location.
