On 6/11/20, President Trump issued an Executive Order on Blocking Property of Certain Persons Associated with the International Criminal Court. Among other things, it suspends the immigrant and nonimmigrant entry of persons determined by the Secretary of State to be employed by, or acting as agents of, the ICC. (85 FR 36139, 6/15/20)
