Presidential Notice Authorizing Coast Guard Deployment in Response to “National Emergency”
On 7/15/25, President Trump issued a notice authorizing the Department of Homeland Security to deploy members of the U.S. Coast Guard in response to the President’s declared national emergency at the southern border, in keeping with Presidential Proclamation 10886. (90 FR 37371, 8/4/25)
