Presidential Proclamation Continuing the Restriction on Entry of H-1B Visa Holders

On 9/18/26, President Trump signed a proclamation extending a previous proclamation from last year restricting entry of certain nonimmigrant (H-1B) workers while continuing to apply a $100,000 fee to all H-1B applications, except for those in the national interest.
