Proposed Rule: Weighted Selection Process for Cap-Subject H-1B Petitions

On 9/24/2025, DHS will publish a proposed rule to revise the H-1B cap selection process by introducing a weighted system favoring unique beneficiaries. The public comment period will begin upon publication in the Federal Register.
