Bond and Detention Resources
These resources provide information about the location of many detention facilities utilized by ICE and about ICE detention standards. NOTE that since ICE does not publicize lists of detention facilities used, it is not possible to compile complete and current lists.

ICE detention facilities. A list, created by ICE, of detention facilities that ICE operates or through contacts with federal agencies.

ICE Detention Operations Manual. This document should be reviewed before entering detention facilities, in order to ascertain compliance with ICE detention standards.

American Bar Association (ABA) Summary of ICE Detention Standards. This document should be reviewed before entering detention facilities, in order to ascertain compliance with ICE detention standards. (Provided courtesy of the ABA).

AILF Practice Advisory on bonds. This advisory was published in 2003 and relates to bond issues in general. It does not have a specific focus on raids issues.
