SAVE Releases Update on Temporary Protected Status for Burma

Employer Compliance, Temporary Protected Status & Deferred Enforced Departure
SAVE issued an update as a result of the court order in Aung DOE et al. v. Noem et al., staying the termination of TPS for Burma, which was set for 1/26/26. TPS Burma beneficiaries will keep their status and employment authorization, and category A12 and C19 EADs remain valid and are extended.
