Senator Grassley Expresses Concerns With USCIS L-1B Memo

In a 9/15/15 letter to USCIS, Senator Grassley expresses his concern with the 8/17/15 USCIS memo on L-1Bs, stating “…I have concerns relating to the intent of the memo, substance of the memo, as well as process by which the changes described in the memo are going to be implemented.”
