Senate Judiciary Committee Makes Some Headway in Markup

The Senate Judiciary Committee finally began to make some headway in its markup of Chairman Specter’s draft bill on CIR, known as the “Chairman’s Mark” but deferred difficult questions. Brief summary of the amendments that have been addressed thus far is included.
