Senate Judiciary Committee Passes Bill Containing the McCain/Kennedy Earned Adjustment Program

On 3/27/06, the Senate Judiciary Committee reported out of committee a comprehensive bill that contains the McCain/Kennedy earned adjustment program. The amended Chairman’s Mark is expected to be the bill that Majority Leader Frist brings to the Senate floor.
