SEVP Draft Guidance on Form I-20 and English Proficiency Field

ICE Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) requests feedback on draft policy guidance clarifying for SEVP adjudicators how to interpret DSO usage of the English proficiency field on Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status. Feedback is being accepted until 9/8/14.
