SEVP Draft Guidance on Pathway Programs

ICE Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) requests feedback on draft policy guidance clarifying for SEVP adjudicators the appropriate adjudication of pathway programs and issuance of Form I-20. SEVP may only certify these programs for F-1 students. Feedback is being accepted until 11/10/14.
