SEVP Policy Guidance on Change of Ownership

ICE issued interim final guidance on the regulations governing change of ownership reporting requirements and clarifies change of ownership standards for Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)-certified schools to guide adjudicators. Guidance is effective 1/13/17 and comments are due by 2/27/17.
