SEVP Provides Information on Accrual of Unlawful Presence by F and M Nonimmigrants

ICE’s Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) issued a broadcast message to all Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) users regarding changes made to USCIS’s policy for calculating accrual of unlawful presence for F, J, and M nonimmigrants and their dependents.
