Signal International, LLC to Pay $5 Million to Settle EEOC Race, National Origin Lawsuit

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued a press release stating that Signal International, LLC, will pay an estimated $5 million to 476 Indian guest workers, recruited through the H-2B guest worker program, to settle a race and national origin discrimination lawsuit.
