A Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution, S.J.Res. 8 and H.J.Res. 23 threatens to eliminate the 540-day automatic extension for timely filed employment authorization renewals. Take action by urging Congress to vote NO on S.J. Res. 8 and H.J.Res. 23—call your Senator and Representative, and use our script or send an email expressing your concerns.
