“Immigration Transition Blueprint” Submitted to Obama-Biden Policy Transition Team on Immigration

An informal coalition of immigrant and refugee rights organizations, research institutions, and other non-governmental organizations including the American Immigration Lawyers Association contributed to this "Immigration Transition Blueprint." The Blueprint was delivered to the Policy Transition Team on Immigration and appears on the change.gov website.
These recommendations focus on proposed modifications to administrative guidance and regulations that are practical and feasible, cost-effective, further the fair and efficient functioning of our immigration system, and build support for more systemic reforms.
