Update of DOL TEGL on H-2B Processing

This 6/25/06 Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL), No. 21-06, Change 1, addresses modifications to processing procedures for H-2B temporary labor certification applications. The guidance applies to all applications received on or after 6/1/07 and updates TEGL No. 21-06 issued 4/4/07.
