U.S. and Mexico Sign Memorandum Related to Temporary Foreign Workers

The governments of the U.S. and Mexico signed a memorandum to “affirm a mutual commitment to increased transparency and coordination” as well as the establishment of fair recruitment processes and facilitating the availability of quality temporary agricultural and non-agricultural employment.
