USCIS response to the Ombudsman’s recommendation on improving Section 204(l) adjudications. USCIS disagreed with the recommendation to create a specific form, but agreed to post additional info on survivor benefits on the website and improved scripts for NCSC, and updated CLAIMS to improve tracking.
