USCIS Final Rule on Parole for Start-Up Entrepreneurs

USCIS final rule which adds new regulatory provisions guiding the use of parole on a case-by-case basis with respect to entrepreneurs of start-up entities who can demonstrate that they would provide a significant public benefit to the United States. The rule introduces Form I-941, Application for Entrepreneur Parole. It also makes revisions to Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification; Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization; and Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.
