USCIS Issues Second Correction to Fee Schedule Rule

USCIS published a second correction to a technical error made in the 1/31/24 DHS final rule to adjust certain immigration and naturalization benefit request fees charged by USCIS, add fee exemptions, and make changes to certain other immigration benefit request requirements, which took effect on 4/1/24. Effective immediately. (90 FR 5519, 1/17/25)
