USCIS Final Rule on Adjustment to Premium Processing Fees

USCIS issued a final rule increasing USCIS premium processing fees, effective 3/1/26. Requests for premium processing postmarked on or after 3/1/26 must include the new fee amount for the benefit being requested. (91 FR 1059, 1/12/26)
