USCIS Releases Update Regarding the Adoption of Children from Guatemala

On 4/1/08 USCIS released an Update and posted information to its website announcing that it is not able to approve a Form I-800, Petition to Classify Convention Adoptee as an Immediate Relative, filed for a child to be adopted from Guatemala.
