USCIS Alert on Temporary Delay on I-129 Receipt Notices

USCIS announcement on 5/23/12 that due to an unexpectedly high volume of I-129 petitions, it may be an additional 2 to 4 weeks before customers receive a receipt notice. Usually, customers can expect to receive their receipt notice within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
